Welcome ! You have a nice project there . Just a couple of comments : the engine bay is a mess , but, you know that . the battery , in order to pass a NHRA safety inspection must be bolted to the frame with at least (2) 3/8" bolts and the external disconnect must be marked for the "off" position . I just want you to be safe .
aboard. At least when you tear it down, you won't have to take many pictures as most of them would help when reassembling it anyways. I wouldn't try to worry about making it drivable right now either. Tires, fluids, brake hydraulics, wiring etc... all would need replaced just to start. Looks like it will make a solid whatever you ultimate direction is.
Agreed! I would like to get it running good enough to burn these old tires up!
