So l posted a while back about in-line tubes leaking brake proportioning valve leak so I said I ordered the rebuild kit from Muscle car research put it in only the top line coming from master cylinder leaked so I went to take that line off to put a sure fix the actual copper washers that looks like a chinamens hat when I tried to loosen the brake line it also loosened the double nut that has the copper washer to seal it to the body of the valve put it all back together the line leak is fixed but now the copper washer leaks so I called Muscle car research had him sell me 10 copper washers put it back together and the fing thing still leaks took it back out put the in line tube valve in with a new copper washer fing thing leaks in same spot took it out tore my original back apart completely cleaned it cleaned the new seals sanded the base of valve where the washer sits with 600 grit no burs no nothing just smooth and clean this time I anodized a new copper washer like I have read in the brake proportioning valve leak forum assembled it put it back in and the ****** still leaks in the same spot from where the copper washer fits mine is the valve that looks like the state of Texas I am so pist I have nothing else to try just ******* sickening can a guy use jb weld to seal it any suggestions or advice would really really be great thank you I will never rant again
 
you in USA? I got a brass one Ill send you. I wont need it.
Its not your year but 8/94 dated...not sure who makes it, its just a block of brass with 2 diagonal mounting holes

That 1 is to new mine looks like the state of Texas but thank you anyway I appreciate your generosity but that won't work thank you Tom
 
Itll work but it just wont fit....no prob. Back in the tool drawer...
 

You running steel lines or stainless? Something you made yourself or store bought? They should be double flare regardless.
