Technically.....not really. Once you apply force to it with the adjusting bolt, it will be held in place. A little distance between the back and the clip is ok.

Thanks RedFastBack,I put the bar back in the same way it came out, thing is everyone says to pull down the LCA then slide the bar in.Well All I had to was pull very little down to get it in,am I ok here I can send a pic of what it looks like now. There is no load on the bar yet and no spindell there yet.I am trying to do as much as I can befor my mopar buddy helps in the end.

I think you need to remove the bump stop under the upper arm if all that is already together. Otherwise you run out of adjusting bolt before you get heigth. The hex allows the bar to go in right or wrong. Good luck

Redfish the upper bump stop is not on yet the A arm is there and no spindell yet. This is were i am at now.

If the adjusting bolt is backed most of the way out and the finger is rotated down against the bolt you should be about right. You'll find out eventually. You wouldn't be the first to go back for another tick.

Thanks Redfish yep the bolt is all the way back off and finger is down.I took a pic of were the rear t bar was at when I removed it and put it back in the same way.All I had to do was pull the lower arm down a little bit to get the bar in the hex end.I would like to button this up without the help of my mopar buddy but dont want to screw it up.This is a first for me on front ends. When will I know that I am off a tick when the motor is in or not in.wish I had more experience on this part. Thanks again for you help Redfish.Don
