Decodes to a ‘69 340 Swinger Hamtramck car built 09/16/1968 I bought it from a guy who had it in a running and driving 69 Barracuda. He said it didn’t make noise and shifted fine. I would definitely reseal it before running it, but the oil inside is very clean.
