accel 8320 distributor cap

I just opened a new $34.00 Accel cap and rotor from jegs, and am surprised to see its a tremendous hunk o ****. About six months ago I ordered one for my 440 charger and it seemed to be a fairly decent piece. This new cap has a vent attached and a low, (not as tall) coil post. I like these caps because they are tan like the originals and have a close to factory appearance. anyone know what gives?? this is a disappointment and a turd at best.

I think I found my problem. my 440 cap is a #8330 and this is a #8320. now can anyone tell me the difference? one is for points and the other is electronic?
