ADJ. MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD

Bought an adjustable push rod for my brake master cylinder. I never used one before. Is there any tricks on adjustment ? My car has manual brakes with disks front and back.

Set it to a dimension and see if you like the pedal height. If not length or shorten as needed.

Lastly the rod needs to be long enough that the pedal is not on the floor when you are stomping on it with 2 feet
