advise on floor pans

i have just joined this site and could use some advise on whether i should weld or glue the floor pans in on my 74 duster i have pics but they're not great going to get better ones on wednesday so any advise is great

also im gonna have to redo the trunk pan too but at the moment do not have any pics cause i had to take the back seat out and crawl up through and pop it open from inside since the last owner didnt give me the key to the trunk

Had to do the same thing, I didnt have a key either. I made my pans from an old ford truck bed and a audi station wagon. Welded them in. The trunk panel I will glue because of appearance.
