Here's the Grant mounting kit... http://www.summitracing.com/parts/grt-3314/overview/year/1974/make/dodge/model/dart The original A-body Tuff wheel adaptors add a little length to the column, which is nice. But they're also usually in the $100 neighborhood on eBay.
