air bag.. a body?

hello all...she sits fine leaf springs are in great shape as are the bushings....but...with full tank and kids sitting in the back she is neg.....im looking at the small air bags 4 inch wide...it would be so easy to fab a set of mounts.....and save these springs from saging....im not a lover of air shocks as they are a quick fix for selling a rig only......has anyone done this before???

Correct rear hight is not spec'd. The spec are for the springs themselves. But you can search out a dealer body table that provides a ballpark figure if you really want.

Keep in mind that stiffer the rear suspension is relative to the front makes the car more likely to oversteer on slippery surfaces and downhills.

you are on brother...it was my first choice as i used them on my 41......but this a body only has a half inch from the shock wall to the fuel tank...i agree fully simple is always better.....i wish i could...

i can get the small bags for oh..80....fab mounts ..i have the alum....air line kit 25 bucks.....better then a poke in the eye..
