If the master cylinder drained all the way down and got air in the system does the master need to be bled or can I just bleed the lines manually.
 
My guess would be just fill it up and bleed the system, starting with the right rear. Don't forget to keep filling master as you go.
 
I have always read that you must bleed the MC itself first. However, look for videos on youtube first, since I recall seeing where you can get air out of the MC by just pushing the rod hard about 50 times, without having to disconnect the car's tubes and using loop-back tubes.
