Just found out that CVF racing is saying that there big block bracket for 383 400 will fit just fine. I wonder

The CFV items I’ve used have worked out better than I expected them to. If they say it works, I myself wouldn’t be afraid to try. Some of their V belt crank pulleys are used in their small and big block applications.

Going to order the kit and try it I'll only be out return shipping if it doesn't work will post once I receive it on the outcome

I've found a tip from the circle track world if the kit doesn't fit and you need new parts: Rods with spherical bearings on each end make great upper alternator brackets. Much easier to adjust by spinning a rod than sliding the alternator in a slot.
