As you can see, both bolt patterns are on that bracket.

I have one bolted to a 1965 273 engine in my storage. It appears to have the 4 holes as suggested by Dan. (66FS) If @E7polyhachett has one that is a sure fit removed and ready to ship I would defer this to him. If not, I can take tools to the storage and snatch it off my spare engine for you.
