Yep you’re right Mike - Top outlet should be on driver side for 67-69 A body.

Guys, it can be used for small or big block. A member on here reached out to me saying he wanted to buy it, hence it is already boxed (at my expense) and ready to ship. Needless to say he is a total FLAKE and I have since put him on ignore. I hope to have answered your questions as best I can without unpacking it. Thanks for understanding, open to offers.

Yes a flex hose or I think I remember someone saying you can make a slanty hose work with some trimming? the theory is that the thermostan housing is in roughly the same area.
