am/fm thumbwheel radio

Can someone help me out with what year/years this radio is? It has a stud on bottom left at the rear of the radio also if that helps. Thanks for any info you have on it! Sorry about the upside down part!!!

Im thinking 68-9, but here is a thread that I replied to with some pics that show differences...hope it helps, or if yer like me it just confuzes me more!!! LOL
