Whent to the auto parts store the other day needed some wire and connectors,
I got 20 ft #14 gauge wire and a few connectors carried it out in one hand,25.00 one color red. Today stopped by the local wreaking yard,
100 ft multiple color wire five bucks. Now I can keep original color

I agree with being frugal or penny wise. It helps to put more money in other places.
 
I agree, not cheap, very smart. Easy to replace color by color and you saved a bunch of money. Good deal!
 
Copper wire is in various sizes and gauges is getting close to gold.
 
Cheap, frugal,thrifty, tight ,penny wise,tight wod. Don't apologies for trying to stretch a buck we all do it.
 
That term was used by a couple of coworkers a while back,they said I could squeez a penny till it turned to dust (LOL)

I'm cheaper than you are.
Heck, i usually give stuff away that i don't need instead of throwing it away.
Just tell your buddies that you are big on recycling.
