Am I just lucky with my 7.25?

Good news! My buddy's neighbor says he's got an 8.25 that came out of a 73 Dart. Not sure if small bolt pattern or big bolt pattern. Either way I can get 15s on the back if BBP.

It will be a large bolt pattern. If out of a 73 Dart 8 1/4.

All 8.25 5 bolt rears are 4.5" BP. My cammed 318 was stock except for the cam, eddy
DP intake(we're talkin' '82 version) 600 Holley VS,&2" duals. I was lucky for a while,
then it split the spiders in two and left them in the bottom, while my speedo happily
sat there idling at 25mph. That eng. put that car 14.50's, AFTER I swapped a 4spd. &
8.75 w/3.23's... the 8.25 will be perfect, a SG 7.25'd hold.... but scarce and not that
much lighter. Shortened driveshaft if you don't find one is only real non-easy part...

I hear if you look up "glass" in the dictionary they have a picture of 7 1/4 mopar rear end.
