the seller probably knows exactly what its worth but probably don't want to sell it.

Probably made the ad to appease a wife/husband or parents or something but probably don't care to see it sell.

1) Might have bought it from Barret Jackson. There is a '67 Coronet R/T here in BC. The guy bought it for $75,000 then once it got here tried to recoup his money. It's currently down to $45,000 on a dealership lot.

2) Maybe he just finished the restoration and is hoping to recoup some of his money.

3) Maybe he accidentally looked at the Canadian Craigslist/Kijiji.

There was a '67 Dart GT that was just restored for sale awhile ago. It sold for $40,000.

Here's a '70 for $32,000:

'69 GTS Convertible for $41,000:

They don't sell fast but up here they generally do sell. Most of the "highest priced" Darts are in the Sub $30,000 down to $25,000 range.

Hey, when was the last time you seen a full size Dodge Dart? That right there makes it rare

I always thought they were compact car line

Good looking car

Owner smokin crack

Well, If you weren't thinking, then you would be missing $47 K.

So, no, you are not missing anything. You have a brain and your money still....

There are many that use a company to restore a vehicle. People who are extremely rich or just don't have the time or space to do their own comes to mind.

If money wasn't an issue I would buy a car restore by a well known company (or get one restored) sure.

Thumbwheel radio?? Looks like it. What about the wood veneer, does it also go on the glove box lid? That I don't know cause of the rally dash.. Yeah, cracked, whacked, all the same.

Thought I didn't miss anything, but just had to check. I think I'm going to go with the wife wants him to sell but he doesn't want to. "But Honey, I have had the ad up for months and no one is biting." Perhaps hes smarter than we all give him credit for.

And if it sells at that price who cares. He'll just go buy another :D

I was offered $20,000 cash for my Dart today. Turned him down but got me thinking on what my price to sell would be....

47K and that's all the description you are going to give? And three pictures? I think I would try a little harder if I wanted to sell it for that price.

Because the seller has the mistaking idea for every dollar you put into your car you get it back when you sale it.
