Has anyone used this kit - if so - does it install easily and does it space the wheels out further than the std factory drum set up?

Get the kit from DoctorDiff. It is the best one for Mopar rearends and the price is very fair.

The difference in thickness between the rotors and the drums is gonna determine the amount of movement. Its the nature of the beast and unavoidable. It can't be more than 3/16 per side. If things are to tight for that then their to tight. I second the Dr.Diff recommendation!
