I am about to put together my 340.
It is .030" overbore
9.5:1 compression
Stock J heads with stainless 2.02-1.60 valves
Hughes roller rockers
Lunati VooDoo cam
Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 268/276
Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 226/234
Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .494/.513
LSA/ICL: 110/106
Valve Lash (Int/Exh): Hyd/Hyd
RPM Range: 1800-6200

With a factory style Six Pack setup
1 5/8" tube Full length Hooker headers

If it made a 350/390 I'd be surprised. 6 pack, stock heads, don't see it making more than 350 with that cam/compression.

Take it to the track when you get it done, weigh the car and look at MPH. That will give you a good idea on RWHP.

Are the heads factory 202 1.60 heads? If not you will need to make sure the bowl was opened up, for the 2.02s. Otherwise you could be down on CFM over just 1.88 valves. I flowed some stock 1.88 915 casting heads, flowed 196 at .450 lift. Same head with the 2.02 but not bowl hogged, was only at 178 cfm at .450 port went into turbulence early. After bowl hogging with no blending, port went to 210 at .450.

They are factory 2.02 heads. They only work I did to the casting was smooth out the finish on the exhaust ports ( no porting ) and gasket match the intake side.

If its a true 9.5 to 1 and the 6 pac, I will guess 345hp, 385ftlb. I would guess another 20hp and 15ftlb with a good dual plane and a single 750 holley. Just a guess though.

Im guessing 360HP and close to 400TQ Great cam choise for stock 2.02 heads

Six pack is costing you some HP over a 750 and airgap but is definitely kooler, 360-375hp sounds right,
Should get it dyno tuned anyways probably pick up a few HP's and will know forsure the HP.

I don't know why people don't dyno or track tune there combo lot of people are probably running around 10-30hp shy of there potential, spend all that money building an engine and cheap out on the final tuning,
Not directed at the original poster just a bonus rant :)

Believe it or not, 273, not everyone who enjoys this hobby/lifestyle/pursuit/love/obsession has ready access to either of those luxuries.

I understand but you spend $3000-8000 on an engine, whats a few hundred to make sure she working right. Spend thousands of dollars to gain 100 or so hp only to give up 25% on a bad tune. Not to say the original poster engine not working to it full potential.

Probably coz a lot of people enjoy building engines a lot more than tuning/racing them.

Remember boys and girls, only mopar can give you the highest horsepower and torque through talk right here on FABO...

And the insurance of a dyno break inand tune. 500$ is a small price to pay when you consider the big picture.

I can only speak for myself but I care about having them perform properly and last.

To the OP. I'm guessing if you end up with one HP per cube you'll be doing well. Your cam is a little bigger than stock but your compression is lower. As much as these engines were allegedly underated by the factory I don't see you getting 75-100hp over stock with this combo.
