Another WIW 426 HEMI

Just sort of wondering what you guys think, I have, and am thinking about selling a HEMI. I would like to use it, but I dont have a car that is even worthy of it!! It is a 1966 date block, .030 over, std/std steel 8 bolt crank. The engine is dissasembled, has been cleaned and magged. All checks out nice! Heads have been o-ringed, but not ported, no cracks, again, it is VERY nice. Missing only an intake and valve covers. It could have rings and bearings installed, gaskets, and reassembled. Times are tough with the economy, so what do you guys think, would be ballpark?

Oh, there wont be any VIN numbers on a block this early, correct?

Best way to find out is on Ebay buy it now or best offer.

It's between $13k-$15k for a complete new one, so maybe half that. Probably worth more to someone doing a correct restoration.

Im no hemi expert, but if you have paperwork from machine shop, that would help. I would say 8k minimum for sure.
