bottom of the starter relay.. you can see the orange. I'm jumping from the orange to the brownwhere does the orange wire go.

NSS switched fixed the jumper wire situation Starts fine now without the jumper wire.
If one of the wires is broke inside its cover that could be causing your whole problem.
Or it could be a connection. Or connector
