THIS IS SIMPLY to get a feel if there is enough interest at the expected price point to invest time and money to repo them.
Preliminary cost estimate would be a selling price of around $600.00

it would be black nylon and have a metal door and look as close as practical to the OEM piece.

i think at $600 you are looking at the 68 Super stock clone market. And the unique door would have to look real close at least.

Good thing, it’s easy and not destructive to anything if you swap out it out for an upgrade on a fully restored car.

it would be 3D printed out of Aluminum or stainless, It might be a bit thicker than the 20 gauge sheet metal (probably like 18 gauge)
