Any thoughts on this?

So rather than assume fuel will atomize as it travels down the intake ( we can't see that happen ), we should add this part so we can see the fuel shot atomize.
What about all the other fuel being dispensed (beyond what comes from accelerator pump )?
I don't spend enough time looking down into my carb to justify this purchase.
