any verizon wireless users out there

if you use verizon as your carrier and have the insur. you may want to check if it will help you when your phone is junk...i have a blackberry curze and its about a year old (this is the second phone in a year) and now this phone is getting hot when chagering and when in use..call and was told it would cost a 100.00 to get a replacement or i could go to the store and buy the new blackberry for 99.00..or option #3 sign a new contract and get a new phone for free with early update..so i just tolod them to drop my ins. it dont cover anything thats about 60.00 bucks a year they get for nothing...oh option #4 go oline and order a used phone from them for whatever it cost depends on the phone what the hell......ok rant and sevice over mike:evil3:

I agree the insurance is a rip-off, after you pay the deductible. Since I had already paid into it I went ahead and got a replacement and then cancelled.

I hate cell phones. I get a free phone and line from work and it's always shut off. Don't even carry it with me

I have a Droid incredible and I pay like 7 a month for insurance if anything happens to it other then the manufacture warranty stuff like water damage throwing it dropping it etc I can get a refurbished one like new for 50

yes hot when chargeing and when useing not even hooked up...i was told by verizon its something that these phones do ..i've tried 2 batteries and the same thing they said i need a new phone...anybody use the droid x i'm not trying to pay 200.00 for a cell phone anymore its just not worth it to me...i use my phone for my buisness but my just go back to the basic type phone ....plus my bill is 125.00 a mth for 1 phone its always something to take the fun out of the day...mike

well went out and got a new phone i got the samsung gem its a new phone that just came out it runs on the same tech. that the droid runs on but its just a little samller anybody else have this phone??? how do you like it??? any pointers on useing it i never had a touch screen before with all this stuff on it....mike
