HELP! I have not been able to gat my DD Dart inspected in over a year because I cannot find this part. I just need the factory part number for a 1966 Dart front parking brake cable. There were four sections to the cable: front, intermediate and two rear sections. I am only asking about the front one that actually attaches to the parking brake handle.
Any infomation on what it will cross over with is good also.
Thanks for ANY help.
 
Try going to your local Napa..... I was able to pick up a master cylinder for my 63 Dart. Which surprised the heck out of me..... Give them a shot.
 
nailman, Send a PM to member cudamark. He seems to have alot of this early A stuff. Nice to deal with and very knowledgable.

You can't buy these cables from any source "new" that I know of....Good Luck
 
I'll double check that number tonight when I get home but it should be the same for all the '63-6 A-bodies. I should have a good used one if you find you need it.
 
Found three # in the interchange:
62-66 COMPACT; P, D 62-63 FRONT HAND OPERATED PARK BRK CABLE (SA 2401304, 2404817) 2401773

Found some NOS ones listed for gold prices ($170) on a site.
