Anybody Know What This Part Is

I found this in one of part bags as I was starting to put my interior back together on my 69 Swinger. Any idea what it goes to?

Is that a clip for the wiper pivot? It goes under the dash to hold the wiper transmission arms to the pivot assembly.

That looks like it may be a seatbelt pin clip/lock. I may be wrong though

I think they are right about the wiper lock. My sizing was off.

There would be one on each wiper arm pivot and maybe one on the wiper motor arm. I can't remember how the wiper motor arm attaches. Someone will confirm this one way or the other soon.

you need 1 this is the clip that holds the arms to the wiper motor pivot arm, 69 cars have black plastic clip slides for the transmission arm pivot points. those clips are available, Lawrence
