Has anyone here dealt with Mr.Norms over in Florida and have their new challenger upgraded? My girlfriend just ordered the Plum Crazy 2010 Challenger srt8 and is wanting to have Mr. Norms convert it to the 'Cuda edition. The grill, shaker hood, supercharger, 'cuda body panels.. the works. So I'm curious to know what your impressions were on dealing with them.

He's got some great works out there, but a friend was not overly impressed by his personality when he dealt with him !!

I've only spoke to him through e-mails, so I couldn't really judge how he is in person. What did your friend get done ?

I don't know him personally, I spoke with him briefly at the Nat's once, he seemed like a real nice guy to me. Everyone has bad days.
Hope all go's well, Its is coool that your Girl Friend ordered a SRT8 and that she wants it to look different from the rest is even cooooler.
My first mopar, second car I ever owned, was a twin to your 74 Dart Sport. I cannot remember If mine was a 73 or 74 only difference was mine had two black stripes down the hood. You have a good looking car!!

ive heard that his work is good and that hes a nice guy. id get the convertible. i think they actually do that.

Thanks 72demon She is really excited, it should be delieverd to the dealership within a week. She originally was going to the the silly camero but I convinced her that she was absolutely wrong with her choice and had to get a Challenger, she fell in love with it once she saw it. Then came the 2nd persuasion of having to let it me decked out 'cuda style by Mr.Norms because she was wanting something way different than everyone else.

thanks for the compliment on the car. This '74 Dart is my first car to ever have. My dad ('74Sport) and I spent around 3-4 years building it to be my first driver at 16. I'm almost 22 now. It's no where near original of course. Only thing original to the car is the drivetrain and slant 6 lol.

Scampy, I love the convertible style that they do, but she didn't want that. She feels safer in a hardtop.

If you are going to spend that kind of money, why no just by a real classic cuda and drive it? If I had 50k to spend I would be riding a pretty cool cuda, not that my 65 isnt cool but I hav not spent near that much money...yet

That will be something to get later on. She was blindsided by a semi at an intersection in January that ran a red light so I think it's more for the fact that it's probably a heck of a lot more safer than the original. it will be a daily driver. I wouldn't want to run up the mileage on a classic anyway.
