I have seen guys use them and where happy with them. There is also a company out there that can do that to your original radio even if it's an AM radio. For about the same price. I tried to buy the circuit board to do it but only dealers can buy it I searched the dark web for it. No luck. I know a lot of the chevy guys have used that product.

Conversions- Joe's Classic Car Radio These guys can upgrade your original if you have it. I have seen others non-mopar use that product you posted and are happy with them even with big woofers and amps.

A recently bought a D150 and it had a RetroSound radio in it. It's a little more than the one you listed but it has more features and expandability than I'll ever be able to use. It connects to my iPhone every time I get in and even has a hands free mic.
