there is a little car show on aug.26 and i was wondering if anyone was in the area that wanted to help flood it with mopars. i think it would be cool.... i already have 4 -6 cars that say they will cruise up from south jersey with me. hopefully i can get the day off from work.



the town is having some kind of festival so there will be entertainment and food there and hopefully it will be a decent time....

It's called "Jam Below the Dam" - there used to be a dam right next to town here. Over sat and sun there are something like 20 bands on 2 stages. Of course they're all small, local bands, but most of them are pretty good. There's a stage at each end of main st. and all kinds of food and stands down the length of main st.

I grew up near Whitehaven...there are some guys I know that still have their Mopars they had in the early 70's..all b's though..
I currently don't have a Mopar to drive but I'll definately try to be there. i'll have to drive a f!@# or a G@#..hope you don't mind..
What's your have a connection to Whitehaven? As I typed that I remembered you have the Alterkation and there made in Whitehaven.

yea i was at reilly motorsports last week to hang out for the afternoon and we went to a little coffee shop that is owned by a friend of bill reilly's.. he asked me to cruise up for the show.. i said no problem.. i figure i'll drive my dart up and get jamie to bring hers up.... and also see who else may be in the area to meet up with.. so far i have a few guys in this area that said they would cruise up....


they usually only have a few mustangs and camaros so if we can flood it with mopars it would be cool.....


the other thing is its away from home and i get to meet different people from a few forums i'm om... i get bored of the shows here.. its been the same cars for the last 10 years...lol.
 

Planning on being there...like I said though no Dart, have to drive the wife's Mustang GT, not a show car either, still has the 86 Ford paint, or maybe I should say some of it!......Dave
 
if anyone is the s.jersey/philly area is planning on going a group of us are meeting at the plymouth meeting mall at 8am and will caravan up together.... we will stop for breakfast somewhere along the way.
