anyone know if this will fit??

i was at a swap meet today and saw a black plastic panel to cover the rear taillights inside the trunk for a dart/valiant supposedly. the guy said it didnt fit his duster because it was to tall. the part number is 3762386. id like to know whether this will fit a 74 valiant asap so i can go get this.

I have one of those here from a 75 Valiant. 74 should be the same. 73 is not. Hope this helps.
