Anyone remember Alice?

So last nite me and the wife went to a benefit dinner and after dinner there was a presentation for whatever they were asking money for

They were talking a the poverty line and something for which they use the acronym 'Alice'

So if course, all I heard was Smokey singing about Alice, and especially the audience participation part of it

So I'm chuckling, but I'm keeping my composure, untill they put up the next slide 'who is Alice'

I darn near rolled out of my chair
