This 360 that I have been building is $100 billing me to death. I have my pushrod length and am ready to order and I noticed these Summit Pushrod is the exact length that I need for my Harland Sharp roller rockers and they are cheap.

My overall pushrod overall length is 7.230" and these are 7.234"

My cam specs are below and my engine builder spec'd out the springs for the cam. I can't recall off hand spring pressures.

Howards Hydraulic Flat Tappet 710581-10 CL710581-10
277 283 230 236 .531 .547 108 104 Hyd. Hyd.

2600-6200 Lopey idle, Strong mid range. Good throttle response. 2400+ stall.

Anyone running Summit pushrods in a similar combo? or should I shell out more money for Smiths or Manton?

I run a similar cam and was told by a well known engine builder to run CM .080 wall pushrods. So that's what I went with. Those Summit rods you linker do are steel, not chrome moly. FWIW

^^^ exactly...you want CM. Saving $50 on a pair of pushrods is pretty irrelevant when you opted for a set of $600 rockers .lol If you were doing a stock rebuild...sure, but I would save the money elsewhere with a build like yours.

If you can find an off the shelf set that's the right length form Comp or trick flow, I'd just go with those and save a few bucks. As long as they are .080" wall CM, you should be fine. That's not a huge cam.

edit: Now that i think about it, I use a one piece solid ball-ball design since my rockers have a cup-style adjuster. I've never seen how those cups are attached for cup-style psurhods. I'd probably go with Smith or Manton for piece of mind, but that's just me.

I called Smith Bros yesterday and ordered a set of their CM .080" wall in the exact length that I need for $8.81 each. I'm sure that I will be happy that I did.
