Dangit man. You've ported heads before. Why not port that intake? It'd probably make a good improvement and it's aluminum. How hard can it be?

I agree. More than likely CHINESIUM. It may be a decent piece & a good price but still would have a good quality AMERICAN one for a good price. Just me though.

Don't do it. Look at the upside down shot. CLOSELY. Look at the port alignment. It's beyond terrible.

I compared my China knock off air gap to My 360 TQ intake I sold after putting my air gap on my 360, they are identical to gasket match, I couldn't believe it, i traded two sbp rallies for it new in the box from a 40 year mopar friend that ordered 3 of them, he said he is happy with the one he put on his 360 also, but I bet its hit and miss..

Used you can find between $100-$150 most of the time.

It's a 50/50 chance you get a good one. I got a combo LA /Magnum air gap that was awful. A new swap meet find for $100. Now I know why.
I agree that new part prices are way out of line. Not great for a low buck hobbyist . Like me !

It's weird, Mike. Some are great and some are just awful. I don't think there's a rhyme or reason. Either you get lucky or you don't. LOL
