Anyone try/use "inversion therapy"?

I guess hanging upside down like a bat has proven to benefit those suffering with back pain. I don't have pain, but my posture is the worst.

My brother does it and it helps him.

I'm going to buy one and give it a go.

Make sure you get a table that has more than just a straight up and down position.
 
I have used an inversion table for about 10 years . It definitely helps , especially if you have compressed/bulging disc issue's . I had back surgery in 2001 .
 
I swear by mine. Straight up and down is not cool though. Get a table that limits the incline somewhat....
 
A guy I used to work with swore by his...His youngest son plays for the Chicago Bears and Mike said he has used his since he was in Jr. High School.
