Anyone use big block rockers on small block heads?

I'd like to avoid modifying new rockers to ensure they clear the valve springs, I've read that Indy heads does this by running big block rockers on their heads. Will the big block rockers fit the small block shaft? Can you make them work on W-2s?

Ive done a little research into this and from what i can tell the shaft diameters are the same but im not sure on body width or the geometry. Just because they are the same ratio does not mean they share the same arm dimensions. I am interested to see if anyone can verify fitment as i also believe factory big block rockers have some offset to them which could open up some porting possibilities.

I wonder if these would make the difference on the RHS LA heads?

There was a thread earlier about how those rockers were different lengths.
