Has anyone used a Hurst Indy universal shifter in their A body before. Two of the shift rods look to be straight and I know factory shift rods have bends in them.I just want to make sure there will be no issues with the rods if I use this shifter.I can not afford to do it twice. Thanks,Jim

I had one of there 3-speed universal ones years ago, it was not that great.

If memory serves me correct the Indy line was a less expensive unit than the completion plus. I believe it had no stop bolts and the rods might have been thinner.
