Are all police/cop rims 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern???

My question relates to the Police/cop rims
Are they always the 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern??

Or were they ever made ins SBP 4 inch???

If your referring to the 15x7 six slot steel wheels that came on the M body Diplomat and Gran Fury police cars they were all 5x4.5
