Are cometec head gaskets re-usable???

hi guys, I bought a new set of these gaskets when I did a top end re-fresh last winter. This year I cooked a couple rings and not doing a full rebuild. I’m replacing my iron heads with Edlebrock Alum. I have these gaskets kept because guys are telling me they can be re-used. The web site is saying this also. Is there anyone out there that have re-used these 3 core gaskets??

I'd buy new gaskets as being that you're not reusing the same heads.

Edelbrock recommends a specific gasket be used with their heads. Do you know if you have the right ones?
