Are These Door Stops Convertible Items Only?

The fotos are taken of a '65 Valiant Signet Convertible. I don't remember seeing these "extra" door stops on my other '65 ABodies (non-convertibles). I am referring to the chrome "wedgies"and their accompanying spring-loaded rubber bumpers above the normal door latch. Thank you.

Yes those are for the early A convertible and mount on the B pillar

Anti shake wedges. It helps make the car feel more solid and with out door flexing up an down without a roof.

Looks like one don't it? No, but it suffered some rust damage as a daily driver when it was driven in the Seattle area.
