Are these early W2 heads?

I had the valve cover off of the 340 in my 64 Valiant (which is for sale on this forum, mind you). I noticed offset roller rockers and the head casting number is 8870810. Are these W2 heads?

The 810 casting is the oldest W2 head from the '70s. The same casting was used for race and econo, the only difference is how they were machined. The race heads were sold with the shaft stands cut flat, the econo heads had stock style shaft stands (but could be converted to "race" by milling).

Are there off set rockers?
Are the intake ports oval?
If yes, you have W2 heads.
