Restoring my 74 duster....I know nobody makes the armrests new. Just wondering if anyone has had their old ones recovered? If so, how did they turn out?

Already have. I've cleaned and painted them 4 times now with different vinyl paint. Sem and Eastwood. Just doesn't stay on the high traffic areas. It'll look good for a couple of weeks, then start coming off. Really thinking of having them recovered now, but I never hear of anyone that's had that done.
After you clean them, have you tried an Adhesion Promoter before painting? It works!!
