Anyone have a set of rod bolts for the slant? ARP has discontinued them. My machine shop buddy says ARP has the numbers backwards. I need the ones with the flat sides heads which he says are 6002 but ARP claims 6001 are flat sides.

Bottom line I need a set of flat sided head rod bolts.

Early and late slants are different. May be the same as early.

He just compared them and yup they look identical. Thanks!

I just looked up the factory part numbers. Both engines use the same part number 1944 865, per the 1969 part manual.
