I respectfully ask for prayers. Prayers for more strength and patience. Prayers to be able to keep moving, do the things in life I love, and be able to continue to help my wife with out little Boer goat business.
The last four years or so I have struggled with a rare (about 4 in 100,000) muscle disease. I gradually lose strength, no cure, but staying as active as possible is the "treatment."
God Bless.

Thanks all. I will never stop moving until maybe I just can't!
I have to move slow, because I can have a leg "fold up" and over backwards to go. Broke some toes and fractured an ankle and a concussion or two. But I keep on keeping on. Still one car or two on my bucket list!

My prayers for you. Keeping moving at any age is imperative for health so I understand your desire to do that. And from all your posts "out working under a tree," I know how much you must enjoy being able to work on our old heaps we all enjoy.

Added to my daily morning prayers,
Be blessed brother with prayers of strengthening in your daily lifelong needs.
