Atlanta area machine shop needed

Looking for a shop to shorted and rebalance a drive shaft. All the shops in the Macon area can shorten, but none of them can do the balance.
Any & all suggestions (where to take it, where not to take it) are appreciated.

I called Gary at Cassidy's. He says you're right. Nobody here has a balancer. I know Reeves in Warner Robins has an engine balancer, but whether they do drive shafts, I don't know. Gary did say though that unless the drive shaft is bent that they can shorten it and it will not require balancing. Like I said in my email, if it needs balancing, I can show you how to do it. It's real easy, but somewhat time consuming.

See some of the big truck shops, full service type doing everything on the big road trucks, they SHOULD have a balancing machine since many trans and differentials won't be covered by warranty without the shafts being balanced....
