Not a big fan of the “chase is a race” thing but like it not it, its good for the sport.

I don’t believe chase is a race is good for the sport but as a long time watcher of street outlaws it was getting beyond crazy. They were at the point of watching video of a tire cracking before the light was on. I hated “big cheese’s” starting process of going backwards several steps and swinging around and flipping on a light. Way to much movement. I say just stand there after the cars are ready and flip on an led light on your hat. That way the starter is centered in between the lanes and the light is centered too. Just like a pro tree at a race track.
