I tried that link 3 times and three times, it took me to a web page that Shaker223 was using to show a cut up /6 cylinder head.

Please post the correct link so we can see the Hemi six in action.

Thanks for your attention to this.

That Hemi Six in the centura makes over 1100 hp. So much for your guy saying it would not be able to make more than the 600hp a slant six makes turboed. It has an original cast iron head and cast crank in it and he says it is fast and reliable. There are aluminium heads available for these engines in aus and the tilleys have raced a pacer with a billet crank in it and it is reported to be able to rev to 9 thousand revs and this is not in short drag racing but our nostalga circuit racing. You yanks always say that six cylinders can't be reved but it was always common for our holden sixes to be reved to 8 grand on the street and common to rev the racing ones to 9 or ten grand.

The hemi six with torqueflite bolt pattern you guys are talking about is very rare in aus. It was used mainly in police pursuit cars and had a 727 behind it from the factory. There are a few people that make adapter kits for the normal blocks to fit torqueflites to.
