[WANTED] Auto shifter linkage

There is a bracket that bolts to the trans that captures the bottom of that rod.
Its a easy piece to make from steel and even easier to make from aluminum.
The original had a nylon bushing in it but that isn't absolutely needed. You do want to prevent a metal to metal noise there. All you really need to do is drill a hole for the bushing and instead cover a small portion of the drop rod with 1/2 inch neoprene hose.
Honestly... a little looseness can be better than a tight fit there if/when the left motor support breaks.

These were made in a few different sizes so I cant guarantee the one pictured will be exact for your car. Aint gotta be perfect anyway...




If you need the final piece of linkage from that rod to the lever on the trans...
I cant help with that.
 
I have a complete setup still in a 68 cuda. Let me know if you still need it.
