B-Body rotors on an A-Body spindle?

I have a 70 340 Duster with factory disc brakes. I am wondering if I can put a B-Body rotor on to convert the bolt pattern? If so is there a good place to buy them?

No, that doesn't work.
Two totally different brake design's and dimensions.
There is a vendor that re-machines early Ford Mustang rotors to fit and work on the Mopar Kelsey Hayes disc brake spindles.
