B&M Flexplate Bolt align to converter

Anyone use this B&M and have trouble with alignment of converter bolts?

only goes one way, you have 4 combinations

I had to turn the flexplate several times to get all four holes to line up. I numbered the holes on the converter with a sharpee to help me track the attempts/combinations.

Well what are you bolting it TO? For all I know you have a Ford Y block adapted to a Chevy powerglide.

But if you are using a Mopar OD transmission, those have an "even pattern" bolt pattern.
