I have a B&M flexplate on right now...I'm changing torque converters and will be using 7/16 torque converter bolts, the 5/16 holes are wallowed out on my current flexplate....Would you reuse the same flexplate using the 7/16 holes and new bolts or jus buy a new one?

if the 7/16 holes have never been used or are good...use the flexplate...

and use locite on the bolts so they dont come loose.

For the cost of it, I would replace the flex plate. Hughes sells an SFI rated flex plate for around $50.

No I never used the larger holes and from what I remember last I looked at it just the smaller holes were wallowed there...Thanks for the tip I sure will this time....:banghead:

Looking at Hughes website ..they do not offer any flexplates for externally balanced mopars

Yea I made sure to have way more input on this build! I was hoping I could get around having to buy a new flexplate (not trying to cheap out) and use that money else where....
